$EWC coming out of a compressed Bollinger Band could be on its way up. Several other indicators provided a buy signal today with the exception of MACD. MACD had a buy signal this past Monday when it did it did a zero line cross-over.
Also today with the memory chain model several other non-US ETFs had buy signals. I am blogging $EWC because it is the strongest.
