QQQ: indecisive.
S&P 500: all indicators say sell.
Semiconductors: all indicators say sell.
Small Cap: no change and continue up trend.
Technicals: mostly sell indicators. 

Using data from 5-day periods: 

Basic Materials: no change and continue up trend.
DJIA: mostly sell signals.
Energy: no change and continue up trend.
Financials: all indicators say sell.
QQQ: no change and continue up trend.
S&P: no change and continue up trend.
Semiconductors: all indicators say sell.
Small Cap: no change and continue up trend.
Technicals: mostly no change to up trend;
